Meet the Team

Mark sources and appoints pre-construction, commercial, operations and technical construction professionals at all levels for a mixture of Top 20 Contractors, Residential Developers, Regional Builders and Specialist Contractors. 

Mark began his life in recruitment with Hays where he had a successful career placing construction management staff into permanent positions across the East Midlands. His ability to manage and motivate others around him resulted in a promotion to Regional Recruitment Manager in 2007.  He continued to develop his management career with Linsco Recruitment where he built a successful Build & Civil Engineering division covering the East Midlands, West Midlands, North West, North East and Northern Home Counties. 

After 11 years working in sales driven environments Mark founded Saxton as a specialist recruitment partner focussed on attracting the top talent for leading employers based in the Midlands. Outside of work he is the father of three daughters, avid music fan, vinyl collector and enjoys a newly-found pursuit of sampling real ale.
