Bid Manager - Tier 1 Contractor

Bid Manager - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Bid Manager to join their growing pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager to secure 'key' design and build projects across the East Midlands ranging from £5m to £100m.

They are also partners on several frameworks including MOJ, MOD, P23+ and the Department for Education (DfE), and as such have a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2025 / 2026.

Requirements:
- Meet time pressures to deliver high quality submissions on time
- Display a creative flair and ensure high standards of accuracy
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- High level of attention to detail

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Secure frameworks and competitively tendered schemes
- Manage tender process and submit work-winning bids
- Develop bid strategy best-practice tendering
- Attend PQQ and bid meetings

The Package:
- Great basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000
- Company car or allowance (£6,000)
- Performance related bonus (10%)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Bid Manager to deliver D&B projects of £10m+.
