Senior Planner - Construction

Senior Planner - a leading privately-owned Top 10 building contractor is recruiting a Senior Planner to join the growing team at their head office in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner to work on award-winning design and build projects from tender stage to completion.

In this role you will work on award winning projects across commercial, education, leisure, high-rise residential, student accommodation, and mixed-use sectors ranging from £25m - £125m.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Producing tender programmes at pre-construction stage
- Develop logistics plans and construction phase planning
- Identifying opportunities and risks
- Use ASTA planning software

Requirements:
- Experience working as a planner for a main contractor
- Experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Experience on Design & Build projects
- Construction related qualifications

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience as a Senior Planner with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company delivering D&B projects valued at £10m+.
