Site Manager - Nottingham

Site Manager - a leading privately-owned contractor is recruiting a Site Manager to join their growing team based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join an award-winning design and build contactor delivering projects from £5m - £30m across the East Midlands.

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Requirements:

- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

- Full UK Driving License

- Ability to chair and run meetings

- Proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively

- Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation

- Degree Qualified or relative qualification.

- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor

- NVQ Level 6 (Site Manager)
